Our pricing is competitive and transparent. We offer a 10% discount for first-time clients, and expedited cleaning services within 24 hours are available for an additional fee. Discounts may also apply to ongoing or recurring services. Specialized services like oven cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and linen laundry are offered as add-ons if you choose not to go with a deep cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation to understand your cleaning needs and any specific requests you may have. Once the details are finalized, we schedule your cleaning at a convenient time. For first-time clients, we often recommend a deep cleaning to ensure a spotless foundation for ongoing maintenance cleanings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our cleaners are background-checked and trained in advanced cleaning techniques, including handling specialized tasks like tile and grout cleaning, restocking essentials for rental properties, and documenting damages in rental homes. We emphasize attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
