- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing provided is an estimated quote based on the size of the home. The final price will be determined after an initial consultation, which can be scheduled either during a separate visit or prior to the cleaning service. We also offer discounts for bundled services and recurring appointments. We are committed to working within your budget to ensure the best possible experience and satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide an estimated quote based on the requested service. Once a client expresses interest, we follow up via phone, text, or email to schedule an appointment. For larger homes, offices, or service areas in less-than-standard condition, the initial appointment may be scheduled as a consultation only. However, in most cases, the consultation and cleaning are conducted during the same visit.

With over 25 years of combined experience, our team has gained expertise through extensive training while working with hotels, warehouses, and other cleaning companies. We prioritize continuous learning by completing online modules on proper cleaning techniques, equipment handling, and safe use of cleaning chemicals. Additionally, we attend quarterly and annual seminars to stay current with the latest cleaning trends and enhance our customer experience.
