This service was quick and set up fast. However the home was decluttered and ready for a true deep clean. This was not done, in fact the beds were not made, only about 25% of the home was completed. The floors not mopped or vacuumed, the.m bedding I communicated that was left in the rooms to make beds was thrown in laundry room. This is the worst cleaning I’ve ever experienced. I refused to pay the amount for a whole home cleaning with only a portion completed. Will not ever use this company again

Hey Ladean! This is what we walked into upon arrival. You wanted to pay “standard cleaning prices” for a deep cleaning. When we tried to communicate that it would cost more to complete the house upon arrival, you declined saying that whatever we could finish was fine. We do our best to have upfront transparency about pricing and expectations, but unfortunately, there was only so much we could do with the price you wanted to pay vs the price you needed to pay. Cleaning takes time especially for 3500 sq ft house. We focused more on the bathrooms upstairs which were in bad condition and after we had been there for a few hours your husband communicated that he wanted us to focus on the main areas instead which was confusing for our cleaners. We did our best but we don’t work for free. We hope you understand 😊
