- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our price quotes are determined by 4 factors: -# of Bedrooms -# of Bathrooms -Approximate Square Footage of Home -Type of Clean (Standard, Deep, Move-in/Move-out, Post-Construction)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We solicit the details about the home and instantly provide a quote. From there, you can either book and scheduled their home cleaning over the phone with us, or directly online at our website. Once booked, you will receive an email and text confirmation for your booking. You can manage and adjust your cleaning as needed online, or over the phone. You will get a reminder of their home cleaning the day before it's scheduled to take place. On the day of the cleaning, you will be notified of your upcoming cleaning, as well as when the cleaner is on the way, when they have arrived, and when they are finished. Customers can reach back out to Gleam Maids in the meantime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We offer a variety of home cleaning services: Standard Cleaning: Regular maintenance cleans for recurring service. Deep Cleaning: Perfect for first-time cleans, tackles grime & neglected areas. Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Thorough cleaning for transitions, including appliances & cabinets. Post-Construction Cleaning: Deep clean focused on dust, debris from renovations.
