Regarding the vacuum incident, our independent contractor cleaner, who maintains her own insurance coverage, reported that a minor component was damaged, as evident in the pictures shared. While we could have readily repaired or replaced the part, you requested a complete replacement of the vacuum. Notably, the original vacuum was several years old, and you sought a current market-value replacement. We take great care to avoid damaging items, but as humans, mistakes can occur. We also want to note that processing and shipping insurance claims can take some time. We commend Chelsea for her proactive offer to provide a loaner vacuum, despite our fully booked schedule, as a gesture of goodwill.
