I'm Tenisha, but my friends call me Phae, and I am an energy healer - certified reiki practitioner level II - and intuitive reader. Feeling left out for being "too much" or "too sensitive" was something I experienced often growing up and now I have cultivated those sensitivities into my SUPERPOWERS, and am passionate about helping others cultivate their own gifts so that they can align with their purpose and impact the world in the way that only they can. I love providing energy healing for other queer empaths, highly sensitive beings, and neurodiverse folk, especially since our gifts when not fully integrated can lead to burnout, anxiety, panic disorders, extreme fatigue, digestive issues, eczema and chronic depression. Readings are also where I shine. I've had multiple sessions with Phae, both energy healing and intuitive readings, and I cannot say enough! The guidance they provide during readings is always spot on. They balance being reaffirming of my own intuition while providing me with insight on how I can navigate certain life situations or open up new pathways based on their channeling. And whenever I get energy healing done with them, I always feel re-energized, grounded, clear. Sometimes I need to move stagnate energy or unblock energy, and Phae's work just permeates right through to get the job done. I highly recommend booking a session if you've been thinking about getting a reading or energy healing, it's worth the money.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are mostly fixed but I do offer pay-what-you-can sessions on occasion. I will often communicate when I am offering these sessions or any other specials and discounts to my clients via email blast.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love working with new customers! For Reiki: I recommend booking the "Reiki + Intake" option when working toghther for the first time. We will go over your intake form together, where I will ask questions in terms of what you are looking forward to getting of our sessions together. Once intake is complete I will go over what to expect during your session. We will then do a brief reset and will get right into our session shortly after. I also like to follow up after our session with any tips or resources I think can be relevant to you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Level I & II Usui Reiki as of November 2019. I have also been providing intuitive readings for a little over 4 years now.
