Eli did a great job! My vacated rental property needed unknown-to-me repairs in order for the gas company to deem it safe to turn the gas back on. Eli found and fixed both the furnace and hot water heater issues. My house is now safe and sound. Two thumbs up!

Had thumbtack not limited me to choose three things that I liked about working with Elijah I would’ve chosen all five. My upstairs unit stopped working on a Saturday afternoon but I did t realize it until Saturday night. I sent a message through the app and he responded right away. His level of communication regarding his schedule was impressive. We decided on the next morning. He sent a text prior to arriving letting me know his eta. Once he arrived he did his proper inspection and was able to diagnose the issue very quickly. There was a part that he needed in order to complete the repair but again he communicated everything up front. He returned quicker than I expected and had my unit up and running in no time. The price he quoted me was what I was charged. No upcharges or hidden fees. He even made suggestions on the type of filter I should switch to and why. I will be getting on his schedule for maintenance on my units really soon. 10/10 highly recommend…

Eli respond immediately to my request and came out the same day. He repaired my air conditioner that had stopped working and I asked him if he could install 2 Nest thermostats which he did. I would definitely use him again. Very nice and very reasonable. Eli, thank you for doing a great job!
