I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision! From start to finish, they went above and beyond. The team was always on time, respectful, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Communicates professionally but do NOT let that fool you. This home was meant to be made “rent ready” with “deep cleaning” involved. I have other photos of USED toilets.. completely dirty with seats up. To think I had an investor trust my company to pay these people for a decent job is embarrassing. Was with a potential tenant to show the home and found the tub dusty and dirty, hadn’t been touched, dusty ceiling fans, missing outlet covers, damaged counter tops, their empty drinks, extra material from baseboard just left on the counter, patched up paints and dirty baseboards. Damaged garage door cables that were found cut. Brandon conducted himself very professionally with communication in the beginning and they have now ignored my attempts to reach them after sending them video and photos of their “completed work” asking when the home would actually be deep cleaned. Since they have been paid, I am assuming this SNEAKY SHADY company will no longer answer and leave us with a horrible lasting impression and I will be sharing their company name on all social media platforms, so will my investor, to prevent them stealing money from others! They do not do their job well.
