Be careful with this company. They were very responsive, and they fixed my garage door problem, but they are pricey and not upfront. I also didn't like the technician approach. He initially tried to sell me a new motor for $900+ dollars, when I rejected that, he then tried to sell me one for $650 with a 5 yr warranty when that didn't work, he then proposed resetting the unit and fixing/changing wiring for $200. I agreed, and he spent spent 15 minutes to fix it. Why didn't he propose the more conservative approach to begin with??? And my house is 5 yrs old! I absolutely didn't need a new motor. I agreed to have them fix it because of time constraints, I was about to travel out of town so I had to get fix fast but I probably wouldn't use them again or recommend them. I get everyone needs to make a living, but you've got to be ethical as well and I don't think they are.
