- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try and charge fair pricing that is below average in most cases. We are also willing to work with veterans, elderly and disabled customers. We offer a wide range of services to fit all needs and budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come in and introduce myself. See what issues you have with your door or motor by starting with a thorough inspection and then sharing what I see and why I could be an issue. Then I ask you what you’d like to do and discuss your options and pricing. Once you decide we start to work and we test to ensure all is working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained for a year under 2 different supervisors and both passed me. One was a door installer, the other a service technician. After that I worked on the industry under a few different companies. Been in the business for over 7 years.
