Pro was responsive and showed up as promised. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant and helpful. He got us one step closer to being able to enjoy our fireplace again. It’s expensive, so we will have to complete the process at a later date. Regardless of cost, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Friendly service. Not transparent with pricing and motives. Guaranteed me that my gas logs could be repaired but gave me the solution to “jiggle the switch a couple times” to get the logs to ignite. Tried to charge a $299 + tax and + credit card fee for the “repair.” Ended up paying $199 + tax + credit card fee for the “repair” and was asked to include a gratuity of 18%. Told me that if I agreed to have them install new gas logs the problem would be fixed 100%… quoted me for $2,000 gas logs with a $299 discount if I made the decision on the spot. My gas logs turn on with some special “jiggling” of switches, but the repair person did not fulfill their guarantee from my perspective. Jiggling wires or switches does not mean a problem is fixed to me.
