- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing are very fair and cost effective generally 30-40% difference from our larger competitors
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an Inspection/Cleaning. Once inspection has been completed we can then evaluate the integrity of you fireplace/chimney. If any repairs need to be made customer can move forward with repairs. Our repair protocols are half deposit to schedule repair date and remaining balance due day of repair. Inspection fee will be waived
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in my trade for 12 yrs . CSIA certified trained Chimney Technician. I've worked with some of the most renowned Chimney companies in the United States as a top installer.
