I had a bathroom exhaust fan that has been out for years. I couldn't repair it on my own, but Trademark advised me on the issue, told me the fix(even though it needed to be replaced), installed the fan and now it works! He was kind enough to advise me on future projects on the best way to be in code but save costs instead of wasting money on unnecessary work. I have him on retainer for my electric issues and advise others to do the same.
