Great experience. It started with a fast response. Then a phone call introducing themselves and clarifying what I needed. They came promptly and accessed the issue, offered a solution and cost and completed the job. They did an amazing job quickly and professionally. I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I was as not only did they install the plug, they connected my new stove as well. I was so impressed, that I’m looking for other electrical needs. LOL
