JT and his assistant were great. He fitted me in his schedule at the La minute. He kept me informed of his whereabouts and his estimated time of arrival throughout the day. The icing on the cake was he and his assistant were easy to talk to and friendly. JT paused to answer my questions and still remained focused and efficient. I will DEFINITELY seek him out the next time I have an electrical issue.

A recent storm caused electrical issues in our home. Specifically, the lights in our master bedroom and closet would not come on. We reached JT Electric Services and he was extremely responsive. He called me within the hour and we coordinated a time for him to come to our house the next day. He showed up early which was helpful because I was still working. He was able to come in, diagnose the problem quickly, fix the issue, and finish all within an hour. What I appreciated the most is him taking the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was, why it happened, and how he was going to fix it. Also, he did not overcharge me for work that was routine for him, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely call him back if we have any other electrical issues.
