Brian replaced an electrical panel at my investment property. As you can see from the photo it was in horrible shape. Brian is one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. As a real estate agent and investor, I’ve worked with numerous different contractors but Brian easily stands out. He’s the real deal and his story is very humbling. I had recently had new lighting fixtures installed by my front door but needed to change them out and move them to a new location. I had never used Thumbtack before but decided to try this app because it was highly recommended by a friend. I submitted my request and selected 1st Generation Electrical as one of three contractors to discuss my project with. I spoke with Brian Foster and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and immediately understood the scope of my project and how it might be best completed. He arrived at my home early the next morning and after he was onsite was able to give me a firm quote. I can't say enough positive things about Brian. He worked diligently to complete the project within the time frame promised but always maintained the highest level of commitment to quality. Brian was exceptional and made certain that I was satisfied with his work and that the project was completed as agreed upon.
