- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally for criminal defense work we charge a flat rate for all pre-trial work, basically everything from the first appearance through motions hearings. You only pay more if you want a jury trial or there are special circumstances, we work with you so that there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the consultation phase, we get to know our client and can focus on the best strategy that works for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a former prosecutor, I have training in DUI detection, trial preparation as well as 1000's of cases worth of experience in the criminal field. As a former bankruptcy attorney, I am able to ply my experience to multiple areas of civil defense.
