I just got a basic cleaning but it was just water. I didn't see steam or any solution put in to actually clean the carpet or give it a great smell like when it's cleaned. This was not the best work I have seen.

By far the worst cleaning company I've ever dealt with. I hired them to steam clean 2 carpets for $115, then Donovan offered to deep clean the whole house and all carpets for $1,500. It did need a move-out clean, but mind you it's a small 3br townhouse, so I said that absolutely won't make sense for me, especially as I had gotten a quote for the exact same cleaning he'd offered, but at $290. They dropped it to $510 for the full job, and I agreed. They cleaned out the fridge, proceeded to do NONE of the agreed upon work, then called it a day. They didn't clean the bathrooms, vacuum or steam clean any floors, wipe down any mirrors or countertops - the house was dusty and unclean as ever. They've been dodging my calls and refused to send a crew to complete the remaining work, so I tried cleaning everything myself, then ultimately hired another cleaning company for the deep cleaning and carpets - I'm in over $1,000 at this point because of these unethical fools. I'm now in active litigation with them for reimbursement and punitive damages. DO NOT hire this company!!!

Professional, but I am assuming there may not have been much experience in cleaning Berber carpet. Noticeable spots were left. But I give gratitude for whatever could be done. With the ducts being cleaned, I swear I can breathe better.
