Raphael with Orion Services came to our home prepared to work and was very respectful and courteous of our home. In recent weeks we have had several service techs for other trades in our new home and BY FAR, Raphael was the best prepared and most courteous. We appreciated his complete patience and regard for our dogs. He was very calm around our fur babies and they definitely noticed his good energy. He performed a thorough inspection of our AC vents and duct and upon doing so, found that our dryer vent duct had been modified by the previous home owner. The work was not done not to code, putting our family and our home at risk for a potential fire with an extraordinary accumulation of lint very close to the dryer exhaust. He offered us his quote and said he could get it done that day. He arrived at 11 am for his initial appointment, left for a short time to purchase needed materials and left our home around 730 on a Friday night with the job fully completed and cleaned up to our satisfaction. Most of the work was done in the attic and Raphael continuously showed us several photos as well as a video of the work completion to keep us from having to go into the attic. Because of the unexpected expense of the repairs, we were unable to do our duct cleaning at this time but will definitely have Orion Services out in the next few weeks. Thank you, Raphael!!!

Rafael was great! Came for same day service to clean my hvac/duct work. He replaced vent covers with new ones and changed my filter. He was very prompt, kind and knowledgeable. I can already tell the difference in the air quality, as my home had probably never had a cleaning before or since I moved in. I’ll be booking him again for more work in the future! Thank you!

I contacted Rafael on a weekend. He was at my house ready to work first thing Monday morning! My dryer vent and hose were old, damaged, and pretty well clogged. Rafael replaced both the vent and hose - greatly improving the efficiency of my dryer. He was very friendly, pleasant to work with, and did an excellent job. I made sure to get a few of his cards for next time and to give to friends as well!

I hired this company to clean my air vents and dryer vent. I ended up needing a repair made to my dryer vent pipe in my attic. I highly recommend this company. Not only did they address my issues, but they did it with integrity and fairness. Even after I paid them in full they were still willing to answer additional questions and concerns. I couldn’t be more impressed with the dryer vent cleaning service! The technician was prompt, professional, and very thorough.
