- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are very low compared to most of my pairs. This was done on purpose, because I want party planning and coordination to be affordable for everyone, given everyone no reason but to hire a professional to help ensure their event goes smoothly, and as planned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to get to know my client and to understand what they love and don't love so I can better exceed all their expectations. I usually will setup an initial phone conversation, then follow up with a face to face meeting if possible. When the client decides to hire, I then require all contracts and all information to be sent to me with a booking fee of 50% of the total amount due. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended a lot of seminars, programs that are related to weddings and event planning, and I also took a course on planning a successful wedding.
