- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge only for the service provided, the parts and parts I consult with the customer and indicate what should be purchased. So I try to show Honesty and respect. In some cases where a diagnosis is required before the estimate, if the customer does not authorize the repair, a diagnostic fee that can vary between $ 10 and $ 50 USD may be charged, depending on the working time of the diagnosis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer our best, I try to explain everything that needs or is being done to the client, calmly and patiently. Generating trust and bond. I offer all the necessary consultancy to solve the problem.

I have a degree in Computer Engineering from Universidade Catolica de Goias, Brazil. I have more than 20 years of practical and technical experience in the area of technology, Networks, Servers, Computers, Desktops PC, Mac, etc.
