- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide our customers pricing based on the service needed - one-time or routine services. For many of our customers, we perform an initial deep cleaning and then do ongoing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning. The more frequently the cleaning, the easier it is to maintain and the more discounted each service visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers call/email us to schedule a quote or on-site walk of the property to be cleaned. If you have a commercial property or need extensive deep cleaning services, we schedule a walk-through to provide an accurate estimate to ensure we capture everything that needs to be cleaned in the estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISAA Cleaning Certifications, OSHA Safety Certifications, and we have an in-house training program (hands-on, technical manuals, SOP, and side-by-side training) through decades of experience.
