Super quick response time and came out same day on a weekend to help with my thermostat issues. He was punctual and friendly and quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to find the cause of my thermostat issues (a blocked tube leading into the pump on my AC) and fix it. He easily could’ve declared my pump needed to be replaced and had a much bigger service call but he took his time evaluating my system and found the clogged pipe that was causing the pump not to run efficiently. He was even kind enough to clean off my dirty AC unit when he saw it needed some TLC. I highly recommend if you are looking for an honest technician who will take good care of you!

It was such a great experience working with Elite Comfort! We worked with Chris and he was very knowledgeable about his line of work. He inspected our furnace, diagnosed the problem and sent photos to describe what he was seeing, and also gave us a few recommendations. Then he organized the installation for a new furnace at a reasonable price, set us up with a new c-wire, and installed a new thermostat. We are thankful for his professionalism and getting our heating system back up and running. Definitely will book with Elite Comfort in the future. Thank you!
