- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are well below the marketplace average, if you find lower prices remember the saying if it’s too good to be true it probably is. We aim to be fair and reasonable with our pricing and take all forms of payment. We know times are hard and will also work with a customer if price is a issue depending on the situation. We also offer a maintenance plan which provides discount to our customers that have the preventative maintenance plan with us..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to our customers concerns and then give a thorough evaluation of those concerns and issues and bring any new findings to their attention and help educate the customer on how to better maintain their hvac system, we enjoy what we do and there’s a reason why we have such a great reviews, we take pride in helping you and your family enjoy the the peace of mind knowing their hvac system is in good hands when they call us..
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to Tulsa welding/ Hvac / trade school in Jacksonville Flordia where I’m EPA 608 & 609 Certified also Nate Certification & Lock out Tag out Certification.
