I am a national best selling author who has written 6 books….I have no words to describe the food, the professionalism, the responsiveness, and the wonderful energy of chef brad……A perfect 10 all across the board. I have used many chefs from thumbtack. I’ll never use another one EVER again. This man’s food was indescribable. Chef Brad was very flexible with me. Trying to surprise my wife so the number of people kept going up. Upon his arrival we lost power, luckily I had a gas stove so he was able to continue cooking. The fondue and crab legs were the best we have ever eaten period (They're still talking about them). The food was much better than we ever expected. Everyone was full and satisfied with no complaints. He cleaned up afterwards and left everyone with a smile rubbing there bellies. I could not have asked for anything better, I thank u Chef Brad and ur assistance for making my wife's 60th Birthday a success.
