I booked Romario for my 35th birthday party I hosted in East Ellijay, GA with 6 guests. I was a bit nervous about the distance from ATL initially but his impeccable service started with our first phone conversation. We spoke extensively about the menu and he was always responsive. My group had food restrictions across the board (shellfish allergies, vegan, only red meat eaters, etc.). Chef Romario curated a creative menu that accommodated each of these restrictions without sacrificing the FLAVOR! Truly – the food tasted phenomenal, the presentation/plating was IG worthy, and he has great energy so while professional, he fit in like another guest. My guests were impressed by his service and our bellies were pleased. 10/10 – I wouldn’t hesitate to book him again! Thank you, Chef 🙌🏾!

Wow what a fun experience it was! We had a dinner party for 11. Chef Romario was fantastic and the food was incredible! This was my first time hosting a dinner party and he made everything go so smoothly. I would 1000% recommend him again and again. Everything was next level! I wish I had pictures but we were all too busy stuffing our faces and you would probably be jealous anyways. Try him out you won’t regret!

The service and food were outstanding! Alfonso was easy to work with, created and outstanding menu for our family event. Easy set up and clean up! All around a fantastic experience! I highly recommend Romarios!!

Do not use! I wanted to use him for dinner only on a 4 day get away in Blue Ridge. He gave me a quote. I accepted the quote. He asked me for the address 2 weeks before the scheduled time. The first day, he text and said he was going to have to credit me for the 1st night because his previous event ran over. The 2nd night he came and did a great job. The following day, 2 hours before his scheduled time, he text and said that our food was ready. Can we meet him 40 miles away to get our food because Blue Ridge was too far for him to drive. He did a no call no show for the remaining days. He said that he was going to refund me on 12/14. To date, no call, no refund, no nothing. Do not use. No integrity.
