Greetings, my name is Dena Michelle Orivri, the owner & operator of In-Joy Catering; founded in Columbus Ohio in 2008, and now based in Atlanta GA. I find it a true joy when cooking delicious meals for my clients. I will go the extra mile to bring your culinary vision to life, correlating tailored menu to suit your specific tastes. In-Joy Catering offers full-service catering. My team and I provide in-house the whole shebang you need to make your event spectacular. In-Joys’ team will prepare, cook & serve dishes from a variety of cuisine styles including Southern Gourmet-Infused, American, BBQ, African, Caribbean, Creole, and Seafood. I am not sure where to begin! We have had private chefs prepare meals for us while we were on vacation so I wanted to do something different this year for Valentines Day. I looked on Thumbtack and found In-Joy and from the time I heard and left a voicemail I was really impressed. Chef was very pleasant to speak with and from the time she arrived until the time the she and her team were TOP-NOTCH they are now more like family for us. We will definitely use them again for future events. Thanks family for making our valentines dinner a huge success

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to cater to the specific needs of my customers. However I do have a standard dinner pricing. "One entrée two sides, salad and dinner and beverage "Bronze Full-Service Buffet Package" starting as low as $25.00pp with a party of 30 or more. Price is subject to change depending upon the entrée and service chosen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process; 1st. I send out our menu and packages for your review. 2nd Schedule a free 30 min phone, zoom consultation or by email. 3rd. Next schedule a tasting if requested. Then I prepare and send out invoice with contract for deposit to secure your our services for your date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certified in Food and safety for over 25yrs. I also hold certificates of completion for Nutrition in the following areas "Safe food preparation & handling", "The USDA food program and meal planning", Preventing Food Borne Illness", "Food Allergies in early care settings"
