The description of what I needed done in Thumbtack included a hall between the bedrooms. When they came to do the work, they said my quote did not include a hallway and I had to pay $35 extra. I could not find my description in Thumbtack, so I had to pay the difference. Not happy over that, otherwise the service guy was great and did a good job.
Details: Two-story house • 3 rooms • 1 flight • Steam cleaning • I don't have pets at home • No smokers in home

Thanks for leaving the review. We try and be as transparent as possible about our pricing so we looked into the conversation and can not find any mention of the hallway. Here is the confirmation text that you stated "Great! Thanks!"to "You are all set for cleaning with 3 Rooms and a Staircase for an estimated $164. We will be out on 11/6 with an arrival window between 12 and 3." We are glad you enjoyed the service and did a great job with the cleaning. Hope to clean for you again soon!

Cory did a great job!! However, I was not expecting an additional $19 bill as a service charge?! The $139 To do one room Service is not included in that price?
