Marjorie did the calligraphy for my wedding invitations and was a dream to work with. I knew I wanted calligraphy but didn’t know the first thing about what to ask for. My invitations& thank you cards were so me! Marjorie not only made them personal, but also so incredibly beautiful. I would say somewhere around 40%of the people who received them CALLED me to tell me how unique and wonderful they were! I mean, Almost half is huge. I loved them but to get that kind of response from the people invited just feels so good. I really appreciate Marjorie’s attention to detail and the simple yet streamlined way that she just captured my moment in an invite and a thank you card without being too over the top. I AM from New Orleans and wanted a NOLA theme. This is a theme that most people want to make trite & gaudy. Marjorie’s was simple and perfect.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a meeting over the phone, Zoom or in person. We discuss the project and nail down the needs, and pricing. After the project and pricing are agreed upon, I create the first round of proofs that are sent via email as a PDF. My clients review the proof and then respond with edits and feedback. I offer a total of 3 complimentary proof sets. Once the proof is perfected my clients sign off on the proof and it is sent into print!
