Upper Echelon provided outstanding service and wonderful professionals for my milestone event. Joe worked in my budget and made terrific suggestions. He gathered an outstanding team of professionals; each one communicative and responsive. James was a fabulous bartender, Chef YaYa provided a terrific feast (my guests were blown away by the fried ravioli), and DJ FrisBeats was absolutely outstanding (played all of my favorites and then some!) My event was a huge success thanks to Upper Eschelon.

Had a great experience at our October 2024 party; so good in fact we are utilizing their services again for our Christmas 2024 party and we are utilizing the same bartender. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants professionalism, responsiveness, personality and punctuality. Give them a try!

Joe and his team are all amazing! I hired them to work my wedding reception and the bartender was professional, on time, and friendly. He did a great job and guests were raving about his service and the drinks. Joe was very responsive and checked in ahead of the party to make sure everything was on track. Booking was super easy, I would absolutely hire them again for parties in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages are custom made for each event. Especially since we have so many other services, including Event Staff, Photographers, Videographers, Caterers, DJ’s, Drone, and even 2 Magicians!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's great to have a good vibe and atmosphere when working with a new customer. Taking time to precisely figure out what they are looking for in a Bartender and in their Drinks is very important.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 2 Certifications in Bartending and Mixology. One for the North and one for the South. We also have the Upper Echelon Bartending online School.
