I contacted this company to schedule a service for art installation and his phone number is in his bio. I texted him on his phone number to confirm a date/time. I'm literally new to this website and I didn't know that you can't text someone on their phone if their number is listed. He stopped responding to me and is upset that I contacted him which is crazy! He told me that it seem like I have a (mental disorder) and to take care of myself.

Ben was great! My husband and I had moved into our home six months previously, but with an infant daughter plus both of us with full time jobs, and no grandparents around to lend a hand, and not wanting to bother our friends during the pandemic, we just did not have time nor the energy to get to a bunch of odds and ends done around the house by ourselves while needing to balance childcare. Out of desperation, we contacted Ben, and we are so, so glad we did. Ben helped us put up complicated art and lighting fixtures, went to Home Depot to purchase and then install new shelving that we wanted in the garage and laundry room, hung up a heavy movie projector screen, fixed a door that was getting uneven on its hinge, mounted a couple of flat screen tvs, even assembled a new crib that we got for our little girl. Was efficient and on-time, very reasonably priced, worked around our daughter's naptimes, reachable, delivered on everything he said he would do. We'd use him again in a heartbeat.
