Virgilio and Luis from Tek Design did an amazing job with my electric tankless water heater installation and I am so ecstatic to have had them on this job. One of my best Thumbtack experiences of all time! I had an existing hot water heater that needed to be taken off the wall and replaced with a new one but realized during the process of the job that there were several other issues in the original setup from the previous homeowner: namely bad electrical wiring preventing adequate power to my unit. Not only did the Tek Design team handle the original job as requested, they went above and beyond in their service to ensure that my unit was setup in the best way possible. They did this by doing little fixes that many would have charged me an exorbitant amount for: - replacing copper plumbing for PVC - installing the electric tankless unit and thoroughly testing for leaks and faults - rewiring electrical lines to ensure the unit was properly powered One thing that made this job better than most was the professionalism and care for quality this team shows. They are quick to do the work and do a great job everytime. They even fixed an issue I had with my doorbell as a courtesy. I’m looking forward to working with them again on other needs! 100% recommend!

We had a ground fault leading to the circuit breaker going off. He responded to the issue within minutes, setup an appointment for the next day and showed up on time. He spent time debugging the issue and fixing it so that the problem doesn't repeat. He also provided additional consultation on some plumbing work and electrical work for the washer dryer. I highly recommend Tek Design LLC for plumbing, electrical and general construction work.

We had an emergency (main breaker and smaller breaker issue that caused a blackout in our home). Although they were not able to come the night of (only due to distance) they arrived literally first thing the next morning. They were extremely responsive and punctual. Literally completed the job within 20 mins and very affordable. They also properly connected what caused the power surge (new dryer), as a courtesy and provided us with preventative tips to avoid the issue again. 10 out of 10 DO recommend!!
