After working in Cooperate Architecture Design Firms for 20 years, I have decided to take all the skills and knowledge I have gained over the years and go solo. With a passion and focus for residential design and construction, I have had the pleasure of working with Small Property Developers, House Flippers, Real-estate Investors, and Airbnb hosts. I know that time is money when dealing with your investment property. l produce a full architectural set for the permit submittal, which includes floor plans, electrical layouts, roof plans, elevations, sections, and typical stair, and wall sections. I will measure and draw the existing conditions and provide the proposed drawings.
