The person who came to my home was very polite and knowledgeable the only problem I have is that on line it stated that the charge would be $69 not looking at the invoice I signed it not realizing that he was actually charging me $$98 I called him and he told me to contact thumbtack and I’m not familiar with that process I didn’t know how , so I’m letting you know now please contact me at 941-713-8282 so perhaps we can discuss this further

I had Solo Appliance come out to clean our water line in our refrigerator due to use noticing black specs in our water. I put the nature of the job in my message to the company prior to them coming out. The technician arrived and spoke broken English and had a difficult time understanding the nature of the job. He never attempted to inspect or clean the water line. He blamed the problem on the water filter, the same brand of filter that we have been using for years of which we’ve never had a problem. When he left he changed us $79 vs the $69 that I was told would be the price. When asked about the extra $10 he stated it was a fee but could not tell us what the fee was for. He stated the we would have to contact the company. This fee was never mentioned prior. Versus trying to argue with the technician and wasting even more of our time we paid him. Additionally, my wife did ask him to clean the water lines and he insisted it was not the fridge without even checking the lines. Don’t use this company.

Speak English and be familiar with Samsung microwave. Had to go on- line for hint on how to proceed. Once we figured out assembly just began unscrewing appliance looking for light bulb...all I needed was inside light bulb replacement. Finally found access...then he went to get new bulb....finally replaced bulb and tried to overcharge me. He did not understand protocol. we finally settled on amount...still too high under circumstances... never again. Nice guy but needs training and English lessons

Repairman had difficulty accessing the errors on washing machine. I felt the need to look up how to find the errors on computer screen for washer machine. He was a nice man but seemed unfamiliar with my Samsung model and this caused hesitation with a full repair. I hired another company to fix repair. I paid this company for service call and called another company
