Stratford responded to my Thumbtack request immediately. Joshua showed up as expected, and after I showed him the work, they got tools/gear and steadily got everything done: replaced 3 toilets, and closed off water lines/drain from a removed sink. They were organized, clean/orderly, kind and personable. Really couldn’t ask for a better plumber experience. He will return again to replace one more (due to my error).

There’s not enough time to describe the level of service my family received. As soon as i placed the request, I was called in less than 5 minutes and being serviced less than an hour later.
