Stratford responded to my Thumbtack request immediately. Joshua showed up as expected, and after I showed him the work, they got tools/gear and steadily got everything done: replaced 3 toilets, and closed off water lines/drain from a removed sink. They were organized, clean/orderly, kind and personable. Really couldn’t ask for a better plumber experience. He will return again to replace one more (due to my error).

I reached out to StratCo about my project, and they arrived 24 hours later. Joshua was knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond on my project, which involved cutting through grout and tile to release the drain cover so that he could clear the stoppage in my shower drain. The job was neatly and professionally done and I was highly impressed with Joshua. I will definitely reach out to him the next time I have plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted Joshua about a leak on a Sunday morning. He was at my home within the hour and the repair was completed within the next few hours. While he was doing the work, he took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how he planned to fix it. He gave a guarantee for the work and even checked our water pressure. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Great value and workmanship.
