Nima is an absolute pro. He was communicative, and answered my questions about my piano model and situation (sticky keys!) early on. He showed up on time, and really worked to get my piano in tune and functioning properly. He was also polite and prepared. Can't ask for more than this. Nima is a classically trained pianist and composer. He really knows music, and definitely knows his way around pianos. His prices are insanely reasonable, and I'll never hire anyone else. Don't hesitate to bring him in to get your pianos in tip-top shape. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

I had the best experience with Nima. He was very professional and told me everything he was doing. He shared with me the proper way to take care of the piano, and when I should get it tuned the next time. He was always responsive to messages. Nima arrived right on time and immediately got to work tuning our 25-year-old Yamaha piano that hadn't been tuned since it was new. He worked a solid two hours, and It now sounds great. Nima is very professional and friendly. He obviously knows his stuff. I highly recommend him.

Nima did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to keep my piano in working order! He worked really hard to get the pedals and key mechanics working much better than before he started in addition to improving the tune of the keys. He’s thoroughly professional and hard working tuner!
