Penny fills the gap of taking on jobs that are too small for a general contractor, but too big for a homeowner. Her carpentry skills and problem solving skills are excellent.
Beyond her help with re-hanging doors, prepping old windows for soundproofing inserts, replacing a spring on a refrigerator door, etc., she also helped me with various wood working projects from my designs. I highly recommend her!
