- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not looking to retire off of every job we estimate. We are very fair and considerate of our customers finances. We do not nickel and dime or look to issue change orders unless absolutely necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have in-person visits for the initial appointment. We will give you our undivided attention and listen to the vision you have laid out for your home improvement project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilots License to fly my drone at your property for any exterior inspections. Xactimate proficient.
