- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the number of hours to be worked, the number of guests at the event and other details of the event (i.e. travel, specific requests)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients in person if possible prior to the event. I can either travel to their location or we can meet at a dedicated place. I like to take note of my clients expectations and what I can do to help make their event memorable. If it's not possible to meet in person a Zoom, Teams or telephone call is also an option.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have TIPS Certified and also certified to serve alcohol at event venues. I have over 35 years of experience having worked as a bartender, server, hostess and manager. I am also a trained public speaker and comfortable in social situations.
