Ibrahim works hard to find the best available properties and then is equally diligent in finding, screening, placing, and managing tenants. He is always available via phone and text. Additionally, Ibrahim knows various building and renovation services to ensure any and all issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I recommend him.

Ibrahim represented us in buying a rental property in Kennesaw. I found Ibrahim to be responsive even after the sale, which I appreciate. I would recommend the Ibrahim Noohu if you are looking for a full service agent. Ibrahim is very knowledgeable with the rental properties and getting tenants. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help me navigate buying my home in Alpharetta GA. My wife Saba and I set out with a rough idea of what we wanted from our home, and it took us awhile ( more than a year) to really hone in on exactly what we wanted. Ibrahim was extremely patient throughout the process and really did an excellent job of communicating with us and setting up appointments/showing us potential properties in a speedy manner. I can’t stress enough how important it is to have a realtor like Ibrahim in such a competitive market - as we quickly found out in our search, the best places will not wait for you! After learning this the hard way a few times, we were fortunate enough to be alerted to the perfect place going on the market. I informed Ibrahim we wanted to see the place and he was was able to get us in to check it out the same day. Even our negotiation process was painless and well communicated on his part. I will start off by saying a 5 Star Review for Ibrahim Noohu is not enough I would give more stars if allowed. Ibrahim Noohu is the best realtor a person can have. Ibrahim goes above, beyond and over to ensure that his clients are happy even on their worst day. Since I was yet to relocate from Phoenix and had a lot of work related travel and had my issues, Ibrahim attended the meetings with the builder on my behalf and did a FaceTime meeting to help me feel comfortable. His vast knowledge of the local market was very helpful. It was like having an extended hand to supervise the new house construction for me. He made me feel calm when I felt the builder was not doing the right job. He really helped me negotiate a lot of money from the builder. He was very quick to respond to calls and text messages. I would recommend him to all my friends.
