My goal for myself was to be more consistent in the gym. Ricardo keeps me accountable and pushes me to do more than I think I can every session. I’ve only been with him a few weeks but I’m already starting to enjoy the gym more. I’ve also lost some weight and have more energy throughout the day. I would recommend this man to the pope himself haha.
