At Wing Woman Exp LLC, we believe in transparent pricing to ensure that you feel confident about your investment. Our services are customized to meet your specific event needs, so prices may vary based on factors such as the size and complexity of the event, location, and specific requests. Discounts: From time to time, we offer special discounts, such as a limited-time 25% off for Bark inquiries. Be sure to ask about any current promotions during our consultation. Fees: While we strive to keep pricing clear, certain events may require additional fees, such as travel costs for events outside Georgia or last-minute requests. We'll always communicate any additional fees upfront, so there are no surprises. Packages: We offer various packages tailored to different event types, including full-service planning, day-of coordination, and more. During our consultation, we’ll discuss which package best fits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Wing Woman Exp LLC, we prioritize building a personal connection with each client. Here’s what you can expect when working with us: Initial Consultation: We start with a complimentary 15-30-minute consultation where we discuss your vision, goals, and needs for your event. This helps us understand how we can best support you. Proposal & Contract: After the consultation, you’ll receive a tailored proposal outlining services, pricing, and a contract. Once you’re happy with the details, we secure your event date with a signed contract and deposit. Planning & Coordination: Depending on the services you choose, we’ll work closely with you through every stage of planning, from sourcing vendors to finalizing timelines. For day-of coordination, we’ll ensure every detail is executed seamlessly. Event Day: Our team is fully hands-on, managing setup, logistics, and any unforeseen issues, allowing you to enjoy your special day stress-free.
