Big Deal Movers

Good afternoon Thank you for your input on the matter. We appreciate the chance to address this issue. LeShann tried a method well known to us as movers of trying to load a broken television into our truck; requesting that it not be wrapped at the end of the project(it was in the garage during the loading of the truck). Upon LeShanns request we did not once enter her sons room and allowed her son to bring his own furniture out of his room to the truck. Seeing as how this is the ONLY television being claimed as broken we looked further into the videos we take upon arrival and realized the tv in the photo(provided above) is the same one from the garage. Alerting her that televisions without box protection are not covered upon insurance I offered to replace the television with a used television once she confirmed which television was damaged. Once confirmed this was infact the already broken unit and not the one claimed we stated such on site; LeShann realized and stated that that infact was the one broken by prior movers. She then paid the total in full. Leading to this review. We handle all issues prior to leaving a clients home. As well as prior to payment being made. We appreciate all of our customers; along with a track record of honesty we also boast a reputation for paying attention to all items in our care. I will not address the race comment. Good morning This is a great example of what not to do when booking a move. Hailey is not showing where she stopped responding at the finalization phase. She is also leaving out her failed attempts to stay in contact with us due to her family issues. While we appreciate every customer; there is a booking process. When you decide you no longer want to respond UNTIL 24 hours of your move and then decide to get upset and nasty when you can no longer be accommodated- you will definitely need to find another company. Thank you for the chance to discuss this ongoing issue. For future customers; please make sure you finalize your projects with your movers.
