- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most companies pay 3-5k for me to speak or do a mini workshop. However I'm interested in getting what I have learned out to others. I have a deep yearning to help others get to where they want to go. So if your group needs me we can usually work something out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think it starts with a phone call where I take the time to understand what we need to accomplish. I want to make sure it can be a win win and you get credit for bringing in not only someone who is entertaining but also moves your group in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent a lot of time interviewing and researching highly successful people. I realized there are a lot of common traits. The first is how they talk To themselves. The conversation is different internally for them. Like Evander Holyfield. Second others talk about them as raving fans. Bragging on them! Like CEO's from the book "Good to Great'. Third great leaders really focus on the person in front of them. They get tuned in to the other person and show genuine interest. Like Bill Clinton.
