And to top it off, we were informed that everything had been checked and seemed great, and we were excited to hear you were considering scheduling recurring services with us. Our multiple attempts to reach out are a standard practice in our company. We always keep an eye on our cleaners, the progress of the cleaning itself, and, most importantly, the client’s satisfaction. This allows us to gauge, in real time, how the experience is going based on everything completed up to that point. Our goal is to genuinely ensure you are happy with the results as we progress with the cleaning. Regarding the advance payment that you mentioned, unfortunately, we had to adopt this policy due to substantial financial losses and all the time we’ve wasted chasing payments. But here’s the thing: we pretty much give our customers everything they need to trust us (before any payments are made)—from our excellent reviews to a formal and concise contract that can be read, agreed to, or not, and signed if agreed, along with all the necessary information about our company. Our customers can easily find public information about our legitimacy, such as registration, insurance, website, and social media pages. As we are a registered company with all the necessary legal paperwork to operate a business in the U.S., insured, and fully verified by Thumbtack, we also conduct background checks and constantly train our employees. This demonstrates the responsibility and seriousness with which we operate our business, as well as the care we take with our reputation. You will never find a legitimate report saying that a payment was made and the company didn’t show up (as you didn’t find either). On the contrary, we confirm our visit a day before with the client, notify when we’re en route, when we begin, perform progress checks during the cleaning, and inform the client when we’ve finished, often sending photos when they’re not present, as in the case of move-out cleanings, for example. If all of this doesn’t do the trick, not sure what will. Regarding the additional charges, we want to clarify that, as with any company, these are optional depending on the services selected. If you had chosen not to opt for any additional services, we would have completely understood and wouldn’t have included them. However, you confirmed with us that you agreed to the additional $20.00 charge for detailed vacuuming of the couch, which included lifting the cushions to clean every corner thoroughly. We assured you that this was exactly what we did, taking great care to ensure it was completed properly. Now, about the photos you shared—thank you for sending them! Regarding the baseboards, some stains can be more stubborn than others. While our team put in their best effort by hand-scrubbing all the baseboards, older stains and substances—especially those that haven’t been cleaned regularly—can be more difficult to remove. However, we always use high-quality equipment and cleaning solutions to deliver the best possible results. In the other photo, it looks like there’s a tiny speck of dirt on the floor. While I truly appreciate the outstanding effort our team put into cleaning nearly 3,000 square feet across multiple levels, I understand how even the smallest imperfection can impact your overall experience. We always strive for perfection, which is why we were surprised to receive your 3-star review, especially since we tried to stay in contact with you throughout the entire cleaning process and made multiple attempts to reach you, but did not receive a single response from you after our cleaners arrived to get the job started. So we immediately reached out to you again, and when we finally connected over the phone, we listened attentively, understood your concerns, and sincerely apologized for any inconvenience. We also offered to return right away to address any areas that may not have met your expectations, but unfortunately, that wasn’t a convenient time for you. Still determined to make things right, we proposed sending our team later that same afternoon, but that also wasn’t possible. We then suggested coming the next morning, but again, it didn’t work for you. Wanting to exhaust every option, we offered a follow-up visit within 24 hours—at no extra charge—aligned with our company’s service policy, ensuring we could resolve any concerns. However, you ultimately declined this offer as well. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to serve you.
