Unreliable!! Was suppose to come on a Thursday mor ing, and I get numerous texts the days of saying she was running behind. Told me she would be here at 3:30 then I get a text at 5 saying she wold be there at 5:30. We ended up deciding to do it the following day at 8 am. I called at 10 to check in and she was just now getting to my house. Very unprofessional!! When I got home, didn’t smell clean didn’t look clean. Definitely not thorough. Left laundry all over the floors. Literally did a basic clean around my house! No worth $125. Then she used my vacuum and the filter and filter holder is now missing!!! The least she could of done was empty the derby from the vacuum but did not. I had to empty when I got home. Very disappointed!! We most definitely not be using again!!

She asked to come days early caused she needed money, and was a no show at the day and time she chose. She rescheduled 4x that day, lied about “being in her way”, made my move out day totally stressful, while I waited on her arrival. Can’t comment on her cleaning cause she never completed the job, and then continued to contact me after I already HAD to hire another. Very disappointing.

I was expecting her to come today seeing she never came when I booked an appointment yesterday for 3pm. After speaking with her U was excited to give her a try and I have been calling and teaching with no response since 8am. Here it is noon, I have to go to work by 7 and now it’s too late in the day to get someone else to come today. I’m very frustrated! Finding consistent good cleaning people is hard and people don’t understand a little bit of communication goes a long day. If you don’t want the job SAY IT so I can find someone else. I’m a busy professional and this house is too much for me. Thanks for wasting now 2 days.

Chasity was a bit questionable when hiring. She had a few hiccups up until she arrived but satisfied my homes needs. I love how she takes her time and ask if everything looks ok. I’ll definitely use her again if she would accept me as a client
