I needed a carpet runner after a bad fall. I searched online what pattern would be the best for this main entrance to my living room. Floor Coverings International was able to match it and their crew cut and even bound the edges right on-site. The installation was perfect, padding is thick and it has been a wonderful addition to the home. I was able to specify how much of the underlying wood I wanted to show, a combo of safety but still letting future owners know there are finished wood stairs underneath. It is perfect.

We had an exceptional experience with Ken and his installation team. We had originally contacted Ken to repair our wood floors, only to learn (thanks to his knowledge) that they were engineered hardwood and could not be repaired. We worked with Ken to find an affordable laminate replacement, and new carpets, that met our budget. The new floors (wood and carpet) are beautiful and Ken kept us updated every step up of the way. They really went above and beyond. Our realtor was so impressed by his knowledge that he even invited Ken to present to his colleagues. We are very lucky to have found FCI of Alpharetta.

We also strive to give you an amazing customer experience at such high levels we only employ the best installers and design team. We do have financing options available and with over 3000 samples available, we can work within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer the in-home shopping experience. One of our design associates will show up at your home with a van containing over 3000 samples. You will see larger samples in your own home with your own color schemes and lighting. Our experts will help you pick the perfect products for your long term happiness.
