One of the worst handy man I ever had. Would NOT recommend to anyone. Holland first gave me a quote of $1200 without even asking me about the dimensions of the room and details of the project. He then reduced the price all the way down to $400 before begging for another $50 to make it $450. His attitude was horrible and demanded I move the small bean bags and tiny bed for him, which he could have easily done himself. All of these would be fine, but Holland decided to leave all of the trash and the tools everywhere before leaving after the job. On top of all this, the work was very sloppy; there are several imperfections and paint stains everywhere including the movie projector screen. He also took $150 cash to buy paint which costed $60 and didn’t give me a receipt which he said he would do. This just a warning to anyone thinking to hire this dishonest, amateur, (anything for a quick buck) “handyman”….
