- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $150 minimum for most jobs. Jobs are priced by the project, not by the hour. We are fully insured and offer a 1 year labor warranty. Offers half day / full day rates, as well as repeat customer, senior & military discounts. Measure & inspection fees may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free. Once you reach out, our Customer Service Representative (CSR) will contact you via phone or text to gather details about your project, answer any questions, and discuss the next steps. In many cases, we can provide an estimate based on pictures, but for more complex jobs, we’ll schedule one of our skilled craftsmen or a member of our customer solutions team to assess the project in person. Once you approve the quote, our office will coordinate scheduling and collect any necessary deposit or payment information—ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
