FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of work is generally assessed based on the overall scope of the project rather than an hourly rate. In most cases, a diagnostic visit is conducted before proceeding with repairs. For standard minor repairs (such as patching drywall, wall spackling, fixing damages, caulking, sealing, sanding, painting, etc.), the work is often completed during the diagnostic visit, as we carry common materials and tools needed for these tasks. The cost of the diagnostic visit is included in the total service fee. If we are unable to complete the repair due to our own reasons, you will not be charged at all. For small jobs, payment is made upon completion. For larger projects, a deposit may be required, particularly for jobs involving non-standard materials (e.g., specific paint types or colors).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Customer Inquiry – The customer contacts us and describes their issue or request. 2. Initial Estimate – We clarify details (e.g., with videocall) and provide a rough price estimate. 3. Diagnostic Visit (if needed) – On-site assessment to evaluate the work, prepare materials, and confirm the final price. 4. Job Execution – If the repair can be completed immediately, we finish it during the diagnostic visit. For larger projects, we schedule the work accordingly. 5. Payment – Small jobs are paid upon completion; larger jobs may require a deposit. 6. Guarantee & Support – If any questions arise after the job is completed, we are always ready to assist.
